RETURN POLICY: At Decho Wireless, we try to keep all expenses to a minimum, which in turn allows us to keep your costs at a minimum. Therefore, all of our cellular products and accessories are sold as is and cannot be returned. In the event that there is a exchange the item will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The item must be in reselling condition and the device must be immaculate when we receive it. If we decide that the device is not in pristine condition we will return the item to you. All shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.Also if any items are "refused" or "unavaliable" by customer is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If your item is defective or DOA (Dead On Arrival) we will gladly exchange your item with the exact item for no charge. In these circumstances, we must be notified within 24 hour of your package being received, you the customer is responsible for all shipping charges, and if we cannot repair your mobile device we must send it to the manufacture to get it fixed. We do not provide loaner phones during the process whole your phone is being fixed.
We must receive the item returned to our warehouse facility within 24 hours of the original date. We will only provide an exchange for the exact model of the item.
CARRIER SERVICE: Please check your carrier service before you purchase any of our phones, because if after the return period you try to request a RMA number to send in a return we will not give out one for this reason. The customer is responsible for making sure that the cellphone is compatible with the carrier, before they purchase it.
